Just in time for spring planting season, Pulaski County is giving away free mulch made from the recent storm debris.
Hours are Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or until all the mulch is gone.
The address to pick up the mulch is 3200 Woodrow Street, just south of Roosevelt Road, at the old Smokey Hollow Building.
County crews will be available with a front end loader on site to load vehicles.
